Overview

Fraternal benefit societies are faced with several choices when deciding how best to service their customers with timely, accurate information.

Some societies use the computers service companies.  There are several disadvantages to consider when using the services of computer services companies .... sometimes known as "mainframe" systems.

Mainframe systems are typically high cost and inflexible.  Processing costs are continuing, based on scheduled volumes, and continue to escalate.  These systems are generally narrow in scope, and do not adapt well to change.

Improvements in computer and communications technology have brought mainframe power to the personal computer.  Personal computers and networks have brought that power to more organizations than ever before.  Computer power is only one part of the equation though.  You also need computer software designed to take advantage of that power.

Policy Management 2002 is an integrated policy management system designed to provide reliable, accurate and timely information to your customers.
