The installation of Policy Management 2002 is relatively quick and simple, and will occur once all custom modifications, if any, have been completed.

Conversion

In most cases some effort will be required to convert your existing information to Policy Management 2002.  There are several support data bases in the system (plans, rates, branches, etc.) that have to be loaded with your information.

Once that is accomplished, then your member and policy information must be loaded.  Our initial visit will determine the scope of this project, but in most cases, a conversion program can be written to transfer your existing policy information.

Training

Initial training will occur before the system becomes operational.  After the conversion is completed, the system will be fully operational, and we will be on site to assure a smooth transition.
