Continuing Support

Any computer system will require some modification from time to time to respond to changes in your business, or to add additional capabilities.

Policy Management 2002 is written for the Windows platform with a commonly accepted suite of development tools (Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Office, Seagate Crystal Reports).  

If the system is purchased, then you may choose to enter into a Continuing Support agreement with us to make future modifications to the system.  We blend our computer expertise with our knowledge of the fraternal insurance business, so we feel we can best provide continuing support for your organization.

If the system is leased, then we will continue to assume responsibility for the system and continuing support will be added to the lease price.

Continuing support is provided on-line to your computer system.  Response to your needs is immediate.
